Can’t eat anything. HELP

I’m 7+2 and I’m going crazy with nausea and an upset stomach. I can’t seem to keep anything down. Yesterday I managed a raw carrot, an apple and some salt and vinegar crisps but even that was a struggle. The day before it was a microwave rice sachet. The upset tummy has been around for 10-12 days now and I’m worried my baby isn’t getting the nutrients it needs as I’m struggling to eat and everything I do eat I can’t keep down.

Any suggestions? Tips? Help? Advice?

Thank you!!!

I ate so many tinned peaches especially the slices as they were already in tiny portions!
Skyr type yoghurt is good for extra protein (I could only manage this with anti nausea pills)
I also found you can get rice crackers with added protein.

Thanks for the suggestions! Will try some tinned fruit. Have spoken to the doctor and been prescribed some anti sickness medication to try for 24 hours, if nothing changes then I’ll be given some others to try, if they don’t work then they’ll think about admitting me which I really don’t want to happen with everything going on!!!

How are you getting on with the medication?

Mine works maybe 60% of the time which is better than nothing but I certainly wouldn't be able to tell after 24 hrs.. What type are you on?

I've just had my first food I've kept down today.. Jacket potato with smushed salted crisps on top (they go chewy so not scratchy if you are sick after)

Have you tried ice cubes, ice lollies, sucking sweets, morning sickness mints, travel sickness bands too? A combination of these and the meds and laying flat is the only thing getting me through the day!

Good luck

Tinned grapefruit and liquorice all sorts were the only things I could eat. Eventually I moved on to tomatoes as well.
