Stomach problems 18 weeks pregnant

Hi I was looking for some advice...
First off I'm sorry for TMI but I'm 18+3 with my fourth and I've had an extremely upset stomach for 3 days...I've woken up this morning and it's no better...I'm keeping hydrated but I'm now starting to worry...I was at the hospital 4 days ago for a check up and I've read that an upset stomach can be a symptom of covid-19 and I'm not sure what to do? My temperature is 37.4 which I think is fine? But I don't know whether this is worth bugging the midwife with? I have always had the feeling with this pregnancy that something was going to go wrong but I don't want to unnecessarily bug the midwife...I was last pregnant 7 years ago and it feels like I've forgotten everything! Any advice would be greatly appreciated xx

Fever and cough are the first signs of Covid-19 and you don't have a fever so I doubt it's that, but hey, I'm no doctor!
If you can check what sort of rehydration powders/tablets you can take with a pharmacist or your midwife (diralyte I think is the most common).
Try and eat something plain, like rich tea biscuits (not too many cus of the sugar), plain porridge, toast. Just something bulky and see how you get on.
If it persists for another couple of days, definitely speak with your GP, as you don't want to become dehydrated.
Hope you feel better soon x

@lockdownpregnancy thank you so much for your response I'm really grateful xx I called my MW and she suggested rehydration sachets so good shout but now I'm worried about sending my husband out for them as I am feeling generally unwell and he's been stuck in a bedroom with me and my germs! The midwife doesn't want to see me in case I've got it and has told me to stay in touch but I'm now driving myself mad with worry! 🤦🏼‍♀️ Thanks again though for responding, hope your pregnancy goes well xx

Thank you @Troubledmummy3, you too!
If he goes to Boots they will get what you need without your DH touching anything, so if he pops a face mask on just to be on the safe side, he should be fine! 🥰🥰
That's what they were doing in my local store anyway x
