Waking up today with so much energy (I'm 14 weeks tomorrow) it's like I'm a new woman Grin

Yep! Totally normal, enjoy it xx

New2020 · 03/05/2020 10:34

Sounds amazing! I'm 14 weeks and still tired and being sick...hoping to be like you soon x

AlviesMam · 03/05/2020 10:35

@changeofname890 I've felt so crap since 7 weeks , apart from sore boobs i feel great and my fussiness with food has stopped, I want to eat EVERYTHING! Grin was worrying that the dramatic change over night wasn't normal!

@New2020 I thought I was never going to feel better! I've cleaned the whole house this morning, showered, tanned, did my hair!? I don't recognise myself Grin

@AlviesMam with my last pregnancy I was being sick up to 16 weeks but just woke up one day and it was gone! It's an amazing feeling!

AlviesMam · 03/05/2020 10:45

@changeofname890 oh good I feel better now. I'll embrace it!

I’m 10 weeks and hoping for a big improvement next trimester. This gives me hope!!

AlviesMam · 03/05/2020 14:55

@peachypetite I'm glad I've gave you a little hope. I thought it was never going to end Grin

I really want to declutter the house and bag up a load of stuff for charity but I’ve just had no energy for anything. Found out I was pregnant at the start of lockdown and feel like everyone I know has been super productive while I just rotate between sofa and my bed!

AlviesMam · 03/05/2020 15:14

@peachypetite I could have written this last week. I've felt so guilty as I could have been doing stuff around the house. I only got round to bagging some old clothes up today ready for charity next mission will be tidying the house in depth. You need to rest your body until your body tells you otherwise! x

Sounds about right, first trimester horribleness tends to come all of a sudden over night and then suddenly just goes. Enjoy it Smile

New2020 · 03/05/2020 16:03

I keep hearing everyone say that it suddenly disappears and praying for the day! I have no energy to think about or do anything and the house is a mess! Also crawling into bed every few hours

AlviesMam · 03/05/2020 16:46

I've heard others say it just vanishes but for it to happen to me I worried a little... although I've still had to have a nap today but feel much better than previous days! No more nausea which I'm happy about!!

Yeah it tends to go as soon as it appears, bit mad really but think it's all to do with the placenta finally taking over Smile feels amazing to have energy back though isn't it x

BabyDancer · 04/05/2020 07:09

Same for me! I turned 14 weeks on Friday and I've had the best weekend in a long time as I've just felt so much better. Long may it last...

mamansnet · 04/05/2020 07:17

Lucky you! I'm 24 weeks and still waiting!!
