Covid-19 during first trimester

I’d be very grateful to hear from anyone who has had/suspected they have had coronavirus during the first trimester. Is everything ok? Thanks so much.

I was confirmed with it at 10.5 weeks, after was very unwell for two weeks. I'm now just over 13 weeks and feeling better but very anxious about whether any damage has been done. My dating scan is tomorrow so I will find out soon I guess. My GP was very sympathetic and tried to reassure me that there is no real reason why Covid should cause a miscarriage. I was quite lucky and didn't get a very high fever which I think is the main risk in early pregnancy. I will let you know tomorrow if everything is OK at my scan xxx
