I'm 28 weeks pregnant, the only time I feel comfortable is when I first get up in the morning before eating.
Once I eat, I feel horribly stuffed and bloated. This feeling stays all day because I'm obviously eating regularly.
I'm eating very healthily, lots of veg and protein etc. I struggle to drink enough though because I'm so stuffed 
I woke up today determined to find a way to make things more comfortable! Does anyone have any tips?
I was thinking of replacing a meal with a smoothie? Not drinking for an hour after eating? Eating REALLY slowly? Eating small portions? Will any of this help?
Feeling full and bloated makes me feel lethargic and I'm barely getting anything productive done
so don't want to stay this way for the next 11 weeks!
