First Pregnancy vs Second Pregnancy

Hello,
I was just wondering how mum's found their second, third or fourth pregnany different from their first.
I am currently 13 weeks pregnant with baby number 2 and have felt a lot more tired this time round. I have also started to get back ache and leg pain... Not sure why. I also haven't started showing yet (same as with my first) which I thought I would do as they say you show quicker.
Interested to see how other mums found their different pregnancies :)

I’m 12 weeks pregnant with baby number 2.

I have found this pregnancy much easier so far . Less sickness, much less tired , boobs not as sore, less weight gain ( I gained 5kilo in my first trimester last time 😬).

I was so worried that two weeks ago I went for a early pregnancy scan because I was convinced there was no baby in there but baby was happily kicking away.

Now at 12 weeks though I can see that I’m properly showing and last time I didn’t start getting a bump until 14 weeks.

More tired this time. Also completley no appetite. 14 weeks now, hope it passes soon. Eating is a total drag - thought of everything makes me feel ill. Losing weight. 🤢

Definitely more tired, as no chance to nap most days and having to run after toddler instead of lounging on the sofa! But I also found I wasn’t so ‘precious‘ second time around and just got on with it.

I started showing early and had a lot more sickness second time.

I found it reassuring that I knew what to expect.

I didn’t put on as much weight- I never lost all my baby weight from my first, so tried not to stuff myself and just eat when I was hungry (which was most of the time, but still...).

However, I worried a lot more during my second pregnancy as I had a placental abruption with my first born.

I’m 20 weeks with my second. Have felt more tired in this pregnancy and nausea was also much worse and lasted longer. I was back into maternity jeans at 8 weeks whereas I wasn’t really showing at all until 15+ weeks last time. The one plus point of this pregnancy over the last is I’ve felt movement from around 14 weeks which is v reassuring. Last pregnancy I didn’t really feel anything until 20 weeks and I was starting to worry.
I’m less anxious and precious generally this time round and I think time is passing really quickly. Can’t believe I’m half way through already!

Definitely more tired this time and the severe sickness started a couple of weeks earlier.
The rest is pretty much the same so far but I'm not far along

I’m 22 weeks with my second and have found it easier. Less tired and more likely to just get on with it because I’m busy with DS (12 months).

Oddly I found it took longer to show this time around. Only really have a small bump the last week and not in maternity clothes at all. With my 1st pregnancy I was in maternity jeans from around 15 weeks.

This pregnancy is also flying by!
