Small baby

I got to see my little bundle on screen again today. She is only measuring on the 3rd centile but weighs 4lb 4oz at 34+3. I’ve got to have two follow up appointments to check her growth next week and the week after. I’m not overly worried as with my daughter who is almost 4 she was only weighing 3lb 10oz at 36+3 and was born at 39+6 weighing 6lb 13oz (24th centile). Myself and partner aren’t big people so it’s not surprising. Anyone else??

Both my DDs were small. 3100g and 3230g, with the first I didn't have any scans after the 20th week but she must have been small too. With the second I had a thousand scans and lots of stress because the doctor kept insisting she was too small although never dropped under the 5th centile. She did have a growth spurt at 35 weeks and was born on her due date, a pound heavier than estimated by the scan on that same morning. So mine were definitely also late growers and I wish I didn't have all those scans with the second
