Hyperemesis/ severe MS- this apple of ds's smells lovely, should I eat one or just accept it wont stay down?????

Can't take meds today as ds1 in meltdown and meds mean i cant supervise properly, dh at work.

So back to the sickness.

AHrd t get motivation to try anything these days.

Try the apple. My MW says to eat and drink even if you throw up. You do absorb some of it, apparently. Good luck with your trying day!
