Harmony test redraw

Hi all,

I've had my harmony test result back as not enough fetal DNA.

I had it done at 11+2 which should be well within the parameter of after 10 weeks so now I'm really freaking out that something is wrong or baby isn't growing properly. We have a long history of baby loss so this is not ideal.

I'm an average weight so I know that's not a major factor.

Obviously I'll go back in a week or so and have it redone but I need to hear some other people experiences and opinions.

Thanks

Hi, I had the same. My first blood draw was at 15 weeks. Not enough foetal dna was found. I had a re draw 2 weeks later and the same happened again. I'm currently waiting until birth for a Down syndrome diagnosis as I declined invasive testing.
I had the harmony test following a 1:6 chance of ds from the screening blood tests.

Sounds like a tense time for you.

We didn't opt to have the usual 12 week nuchal screening in favour of the harmony test which I thought would be ok at this gestation.

I'm really stressing now. But not much a can do other than go for another blood test and try again for more fetal DNA.
