Hi ladies.
I've been getting out of breath recently (nothing drastic), which I know is normal (18 weeks pg), but tonight my chest has gone really tight and I've struggled to breath normally. I'm not trying to catch my breath or anything but something just isn't right.
My pulse went up a bit too and feeling a little lightheaded. I managed to get my pulse down to 66bpm by just trying to control my breathing, but it's proving difficult.
Anyone else ever felt like this?
It's not Covid-19 as I have been in my house for 7 weeks to protect myself. Plus I have no cough or fever.
Reassurance required as I'm a little worried.

It could be nothing, or it could be something. It's better to get it checked out, for reassurance if anything. I would give 111 a ring.

I meant NHS 111

I would definitely speak to someone. You might be able to get reassurance on here but we're not medical professionals and it sounds like you need to speak to a medical professional.

Could potentially be anxiety, I had a lot of feelings like this when I was Pg. However you're best to ca 111

Thank you ladies.
I had an early night and woke up this morning and feeling a lot better.
If it happens again I'll definitely give the NHS a call 🥰
