Just looking for any reassurance...

Had some spotting at 5+3 no cramps as such, and it is mostly when I wipe.

Just obviously concerned having had previous MCs

I had this with both of my dcs. It was implantation bleed. Both were successful pregnancies. I also had two miscarriages and didn't have it with them for some reason. Fingers crossed for you xx

Hey I had this...at 6 weeks, everything is currently progressing well. I'm 18 weeks now and can feel the baby moving 😍 try not to worry, unless it's bright red and a lot, but if you are worried maybe call your local EPU? I also had what I thought was a period at 4 weeks - it lasted 5 days! But then found out I was 6 weeks pregnant 2 weeks later 🙂 so even heavy bleeds don't mean all is lost ❤️ xx

@Troubledmummy3 this is very reassuring as I am 4 and a half weeks at the moment with my first ever pregnancy and had a bit of spotting today (only when wiping). Really trying to remind myself this can be normal x

ceebee21 · 29/04/2020 21:36

Thanks girls.

I have left a message with the EPU, hopefully hear back tomorrow x

@Troubledmummy3 how long did it last for you?

Have spoken with the EPU and they have advised to monitor it... if still happening next week then call again, if heavy bleeding and extreme pain go to A&E... if nothing, then continue as normal!

@ceebee21 it was on and off for a few days...also got a couple more days of it around 10 weeks randomly but nothing since 🙂 hope you are ok.

@Mandy8885 I think I just must have had a heavy implantation bleed 🤷‍♀️ but all was fine! I had a subchondrial haematoma (spelling! Sorry!) at 9 weeks with my first too! Blood doesn't always mean bad new 🥰 xx

Mandy8885 · 30/04/2020 19:18

@Troubledmummy3 thank you 🥰 did you have any period type cramping as well? I am feeling a bit more reassured today although id imagine that will change by tomorrow 🙈🤣

This has really reassured me I’ve just had light spotting too and I’m 5 weeks. Sounds like it’s very common fingers crossed for all of us 😊xx

ceebee21 · 01/05/2020 12:39

It's reassuring to know that lots of other people have it, but I am still so anxious.

I think it's very common and yes I did have cramps it felt just like a normal period and I'm a wimp so usually suffer with them 🙈😬 Doesn't stop the worry when it happens to you...hope you ladies are all doing ok xx

Pjk1996 · 03/05/2020 14:32

My spotting has stopped so thinking it was implantation, so if anyone is in the same position please try not to worry as it’s not always a bad thing! Hope everyone else is okay xx
