I’m 18 weeks pregnant 🤰and a FTM but no baby bump - getting a little anxious now . I don’t even feel flutters didn’t want to ask my doctors they might think I’m silly for asking such a silly question . Getting so worked up and have to wait till the 13th for my appointment.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I didn't have a bump at 18 weeks - I looked a bit podgy but nothing that resembled any sort of bump til 24 weeks ish. Now 28 and measuring exactly where I should be. Also really common not to feel any movement at this stage. Call your midwife to put your mind at ease, but I'm sure everything is fine :)

I'm 20+1 with number 3 and not showing at all. I can tell when naked but that is it, impossible to tell with clothes on. Really dont worry, big bump small bump they are all normal Smile

Can you feel the top of the fundus? It's only about now that your mw will start to measure it I think. It should be about 18cm from your pubic bone to the top of the fundus. Your uterus has only just popped out from your pelvis.

I do remember feeling quite anxious at this stage as I couldn't really see the bump, hadn't heard the heart beat for a while and couldn't feel the baby moving.

I’m 18 weeks with my 3rd (but my 7th pregnancy), I do have a bump, and I feel massive. I definitely didn’t have one at 18 weeks with my first and wasn’t nearly this big with my second!

Don’t worry at all, you will get bigger at some point!!

Ooh thanks for encouragement I was feeling anxious thought i lost it all and baby just laying in me.

Oh gosh I googled fundus - I’m
Not sure to be honest .

I just look flabby and over weight but I don’t even eat a lot it’s like my body just holds onto everything .

Been a long TTC so just want everything to be alright - also I’m scared the midwives will laugh at me and say I’m wasting time .

I'm at FTM and didn't feel any flutters at all till i was over 22 weeks even though she was kicking and moving like crazy at every scan (I found out at 20 week scan I have an anterior placenta).
You should feel your first movements by 24 weeks so there's still plenty of time for you before there's any cause for concern.
