If you are reading this & are pregnant, congrats ❤️ Please leave me a wee comment of how long it took you to conceive please, be that first month or 2 years..?

If it’s not already clear, I am not pregnant yet and trying to keep a positive head & telling myself it will happen!

Had coil removed april last year, preggers feb this year. I also have multiple health issues that I was told would make it very unlikely... so never give up :)

1st time, first month but it was ectopic. Then 4 years of failed IVF, donor egg IVF and starting HRT for early menopause I'm now 8+1 with a totally surprise miracle!

zscaler · 29/04/2020 11:37

I think it was the 4th or possibly 5th cycle, can’t quite remember. The first 2 or 3 cycles though we weren’t really actively trying - just not actively preventing.

How long have you been trying? Everyone is different and some people conceive totally naturally after several months of trying.

BrooHaHa · 29/04/2020 11:39

Both first time.

BuffaloCauliflower · 29/04/2020 11:39

1st - one cycle, but had early miscarriage.
2nd (current pregnancy) 3 cycles, but 1st we didn’t try very hard so barely counts.

I’m 32. There’s sooo much variation though and up to a year really is normal

Clemmie83 · 29/04/2020 11:39

Mammyofasuperbaby · 29/04/2020 11:43

1st pregnancy age 31 years 1st month after coming off the pill. 2nd pregnancy age 33 years also 1st month of trying. I tracked my ovulation both times with clearblue opks. Xxx

Dyra · 29/04/2020 12:04

1st - 2 years. Natural. We even think I conceived the day before my first fertility appointment. Ended in MC. Immediately started trying again.

2nd - 11 months. Clomid, 1st round. She's now nearly 8 months old.

GL with it all. Remember that it's completely normal for it to take up to a year.

1990shopefulftm · 29/04/2020 12:08

3 months of actively trying

lionsmum · 29/04/2020 12:49

It'll happen both times I fell pregnant was when I was super relaxed had been away or for nights out with husband and only vaguely "tracking" no pressure on us.

NamelessNinja · 29/04/2020 13:40
