You could try drinking a very cold drink or having something sweet then lying on your side for 20 minutes or so, see if that helps.

It's still early days, i didn't feel anything at all until I was over 22 weeks and even then it was very faint and hit and miss where I could go hours or even a full day without feeling anything. I'm 24+5 now and it's starting to get stronger and more frequent but still nowhere near a pattern.
I was told that babies don't really develop any sort of pattern until 28 weeks so that's when they ask you to properly start monitoring it.

Of course, always follow your gut. If you feel like something isn't right, give your midwife or maternity unit a call. Always better to be safe than sorry.

hey there! i'm 20w4d currently and have been feeling flutters for a little while, but the last few days its been stronger. but i've noticed lying on my side proper gets her moving - also, a bath? weirdly enough! but also second the previous post of an ice cold drink :)

Hi OP! Nothing wrong with a flat belly, some women don't 'pop' for quite a while. Cherish it whilst you can! 😂
I've been feeling bubbles and popping since 13 weeks, but apparently my sonographer said at my scan I had a very wiggly baby! 😝
I actually felt baby move the other day (now 19 weeks) which was super weird but wonderful at the same time! No prominent kicks just yet.
My MW said I was lucky to be feeling things like this so early as most FTM's don't really feel anything until 24 wks (approx).
My friend didn't feel proper movement with her baby girl until she was nearly 28 weeks and baby was perfectly healthy.
I would say if you haven't felt much by the time you see your MW at your 25 wk check, then have a chat with her then and express your concerns, so hopefully she can put your mind at rest!
