Bleeding for 30 days..help

I should be about 7w3d pregnant, iv been bleeding for 30 days bang on. Iv been in hospital at 5weeks for a scan they couldn't see anything, also they did HCG which was 41 and they told me it was probably a miscarriage. They called me again I went for another bloody test which was 46.
So they told me just to test again.
Tests are still positive.
Is there any chance I could still be pregnant

Can the re scan you as ur far enough along to see a HB? If not I would book a private scan. I’ve been bleeding for 5 days now and have a private scan booked for tomorrow x

Hcg should increase nearly double every 2 days :( unfortunately it does look like a miscarriage x

I don't have any words of Windsor, I just wanted to offer a hand hold. Speak to the early pregnancy unit. They are open 24/7 usually. If you aren't sure call the local delivery suite and they will give you their number. They are very kind.

Im sorry OP but I showed on tests positive for a while after, until they physically removed a piece of tissue from my cervix

I’m sorry OP, it doesn’t sound like there’s any chance it will turn out well. How far apart were your hcg tests? And are your home pregnancy tests strong positive? It’s normal to bleed for up to 4 weeks with a miscarriage but it does seem a bit long, given your HCG was so low and nothing was seen on scan. I think you should give your early pregnancy unit a call and ask them to see you again, repeat HCG levels and scan. As someone said you may have some retained tissue or blood clots.
