I've just found out I'm pregnant again after an ectopic 2 years ago and a MMC at Christmas. Due date would be 1.1.21 going on my dates.
Trying not to get excited... it's too heartbreaking if it all goes wrong again!

Anyway, I work in a relatively low risk area of a hospital. But I'm sure they would still have to risk assess due to Covid.
I'm in two minds of whether or not to tell my manager.
We aren't telling family yet, it's easy to keep it to ourselves due to isolation.

What would you do?

I would tell your manager but tell her not to mention to anyone else due to the reasons you’ve explained.

Definitely tell your Manager. Once you have, they have a duty of care to you.

Yes.. I was leaning towards telling them tomorrow.
Just didn't want them to turn around and say it's too early..
