I was initially looking at the bee 5 however I’m worried about going over grass and a few cobbles when taking the other kids to the park. Also I am worried the bee won’t last very long as it looks very small and seems a lot of money to spend for something that won’t last - correct me if I’m wrong here and it’s served you well.
I was thinking of perhaps getting the fox instead. Is it very heavy it looks quiet large and bulky in comparison to the bee. And does it fold down easily? I’m worried il get the Fox and in a few months when baby can sit up find it too much of a faff and wish I got the bee.

I was also looking at the Fox but in the end we’ve gone with the Silver Cross Wave as the cost was comparable but it seemed to handle better and also seemed to have a better quality finish when we tried both prams out in shops and again at a baby show. The bassinet in the Wave is suitable safety wise/specification for baby sleeping overnight in, in the event that you go to stay with relatives overnight. We bought a stand for the bassinet so we plan to have the baby have his daytime naps in there rather than a Moses basket. We thought the front wheels on the Fox didn’t feel as stable when going up kerbs as the Wave. We also thought the basket storage seemed more roomy on the Wave.
I really did like the Fox a lot and had really thought we’d decided on that but in the end we went for the Wave because we felt it would handle different surfaces better and just felt better quality. It is quite heavy though, I won’t lie!
