So I'm 31 weeks pregnant tomorrow, this morning when i went to the bathroom there was one very small blood clot which didnt worry me so much as it was very small, but I've been to the bathroom again and when i wipe there is smear of blood. It's not alot but just want to know if I should be worried or if I should get checked out. I've got an appointment next tuesday so I can mention it then. Thank you
