I just found out yesterday that I'm pregnant and I have no idea what to do. I'm 25 and been with my partner for 4 years. I'm terrified of giving birth, I'm terrified of not being good enough. I don't have a relationship with my mum or know anyone who has a baby or even been pregnant so I have no one to talk to. How do you decide the right decision Sad I think I'm almost 5 weeks pregnant.

Congratulations!! Your thoughts now are the exact same as I had any many other pregnant women have when they find out they are pregnant! You will be fab!

Can you talk to your partner? Did you ever see children in your future?

Every parent, well the good ones, more that they won’t be good enough. There is lots of research that says the ‘perfect parent’ even if there is such a thing is not the best type of parent.

I hope you are able to come to the right decision for you at this point in your life.

Congratulations 🥳 I walked around in shock for a few days when I found out, and worried about all kind of things. You will settle and then excitement will kick in, and you can look forward to being an amazing mum 💐
