I’ve been getting bad tummy pains for the last week, I think they are related to my bowels... I’ve had two episodes of diarrhoea over the last 2 weeks and a near constant tummy ache. I’ve been trying to work out what’s causing it and it seems to happen after I’ve eaten chocolate (of which I eat daily) Why would this be? Is it possible to develop food intolerances during pregnancy? At one point yesterday I was considering calling the GP as the tummy pain just wouldn’t go away, it’d been nearly 24 hours of constant ache. Initially I was worried as it was period type pain but I’m pretty sure it’s now food/bowel related. I’ve never had intolerances before so any advice or wisdom would be appreciated
