Leaking milk at 25 weeks

I'm 25 weeks pregnant and I've started leaking milk in the night. My breasts are very sore and obviously filling up with milk. I don't know how I'm going to cope for potentially 15 more weeks without feeding a baby. They're going to be so sore an engorged if it carries on this this. Will this settle down? My previous DCs were born at 28 and 33 weeks and it was never like this so I don't know what to expect.

I had this happen about 25 weeks with my 3rd baby. I was sitting in a large work meeting and wondering why it suddenly smelled of baby, and it was me leaking!

I wore breast pads for the rest of the pregnancy, but it stopped after a couple of days. I do not have leaky boobs, I never leaked once after the babies were born - this brought its own challenges.

It's normal, it doesn't mean it's going to get worse. Wear breast pads and ice them if really sore!
