Positive pregnancy tests but line not getting darker?

Really need some advice!
I had two hcg strips come back with faint positives on wednesday, and then confirmed pregnancy with a 1-2weeks result using a clear blue test the same day.
I took another hcg strip yesterday but the line was a little fainter, and then today the line was fainter still! I just did another clear blue test and it has said 1-2 weeks pregnant still.

Does anyone know what might be happening? Is it normal to get fainter lines?

I have PCOS which means I have very irregular periods, and so I don’t know how many days past ovulation I might be.

Any advice welcome.

I was a PSOAS enthusiast and some line were fainter the next day, but over all there was a tendency for them to get darker.
A line may be fainter than the previous because your urine is more diluted, or because of how long you kept it in. Of course, if tests are form different brands you can't really compare those.
It does not necessarily mean anything. Lots of women who are pregnant saw fainter lines only for them to go darker later.
My advice is only buy pink striped tests (they tend to be more sensitive and do not have a reputation for evap lines) of one brand, and allow at least a day or two between testing. After a few more days you will start to see which way it goes.
Do not worry!

I meant POAS not PSOAS!

Or you can stop testing.

I'm having my 3rd baby and this is the only time I've had faint positives, which really worried me. I tested every day for about 5 days and it never got darker so I decided to stop testing and just trust that it was positive and I'm now 25 weeks pregnant. I'd say don't keep testing and worry yourself, try to take each day as it comes and relax and enjoy it

Line progression is not a thing. Stop testing, you will just make yourself more anxious.
