Just thought it might be nice to start a little thread on everyone's first symptoms early on in their first trimester! It's a worrying time for many so thought if we all shared how we feel we might make someone else feel better Smile.
Personally I have boobs that are mega sore, loads of cramps and back ache, some queasiness but not much and tiredness - I'm 6 weeks pregnant!

How about you?!

My very first symptom every time is just knowing I'm pregnant. I can't explain it but I've never been wrong - that happens within a few days of conception. That's quickly followed by super heightened sense of smell & nausea, both before a missed period for me but I have suffered with Hyperemesis Gravidarum in every successful pregnancy I've had so I guess that's just my bad luck 😂

Bleeding gums.
Both those around 5dpo, testedr positive at 9dpo.

Gagging on my usual food
Acne
Feeling like I was going to come on my period
Missed period

Those were the main ones at first before I took a test!

I was sick before I actually knew I was pregnant! (3 wks 5 days! I have HG so explains it really!) and I was really sensitive to smell - it's what made me take a pregnancy test when I had to leave a restaurant because of the smell and my friend was like girrrrl are you pregnant?!

Then I also had really tender nipples for the first few weeks, and I had cramping daily!

Period like cramps but stronger starting 4 days before a missed period.
Very mild nausea- butterflies type sensation
Before the test. Then from 5.5 weeks breast tenderness, nausea, food aversions and exhaustion. X

  • Extreme exhaustion
  • Completely going off coffee and tea
  • Heightened sense of smell
  • More emotional - smaller things will make me cry
  • Tender boobs and nipples. Literally feel so heavy going up stairs without a bra on
  • Constipation

Xx
