I had this from about 6 weeks it is awful! I would wake up in the morning and feel tired and hungover within an hour. Smells made me vomit too. I’m 13 weeks now and it’s eased a little, I also don’t feel as tired as I did. Try to drink as much water and eat plainer foods if your struggling ( I survived on toast!) if you can’t keep down liquids then see your midwife x

Yeh I second that. I had that for weeks. Every morning it felt like I'd drank a bottle and a half of wine the night before. But happy to report that's gone now. Went about 10weeks. 12 now.

Sorry I meant to say I second that (drink loads of water)

Yeah "hungover" is kind of how I'd describe pregnancy generally. As much rest as you can, lots of water, eat whatever you can keep down and take it easy. You can try things like ginger to see if it helps - be warned, it may not! Also give in to your odder cravings as they may well help quite a lot (watered down ice cold diet coke was a staple in both my pregnancies; massive craving for olives with ds2 and sure enough they were one of the only things I could keep down in the early weeks).

Hi. I am the same. 10 weeks
+1 today and from about 3pm onwards I feel like my body is succumbing to a virus emanating from my womb! Just knocks me sideways and feel nauseous and generally awful. Hoping it goes soon. I have a ten yr old and had a symptom free pregnancy but this is totally different. Feel like a total killjoy in the house and the smells!!! Yuck! Didn't have that before either.

Hi I was like that from around 6 weeks it was awful got worse round 9/10 weeks but im now 13 weeks and have felt a good bit better the past couple of days. Defo stick to plainer foods and drink plenty it should help a little. Hope you feel better soon op xx

I've had two pregnancies and had all day nausea with both from 6 weeks and lasting until 14ish weeks. It improved the closer I got to 12 weeks.

I didn't successfully find anything that cleared nausea completely.

The things that helped were

Dry biscuits (rich tea or digestives)
Bread sticks
Plain pasta
Having cereal and a drink in bed first thing

Napping

Drinking!!! I remember even drinks not appealing too Me. But it's so important you stay hydrated. ..

Try water
Squash
Tea (preferably decaf but I had caffeine ones)
Fizzy water
Juice

One thing that worked for me was pasta salad made up in the fridge. I'd nibble a few pieces.

Basically for me being hungry made it a million times worse. Grazing throughout the day made it bearable.

Dry cereal
Crackers
Readybrek

Anything you feel you can stomach.

You can try mint, ginger candies etc. But personally I didn't notice much difference.

I tried a roll on anti nausea thing. I'm sure that did nothing for me too!

Ice poles and lollies were very refreshing.

This will pass. I remember feeling abit down in the dumps around 7-10 weeks.

Just rest as much as you can too.

Massive congratulations. I really miss the exciting journey to motherhood.

I had a lot of nesquik milkshake at that stage, i found it cold and refreshing. I know exactly what you mean. I’m a couple of weeks ahead but week seven and eight were my worst. My best tips are to eat something tiny every hour to two hours eg fruit, cheese cubes, ritz cracker etc.
