Pregnancy exercise at home - second trimester

I'm just coming out of the horrible exhausted / nauseous phase (12 weeks today!), and looking for some home exercise inspiration.

I'm going for walks again after a period of isolation, but can only do shortish bursts then I'm wiped (did 4,000 steps round the park earlier and now feel like going to bed...)

I like e.g. yoga with Adrienne and did pregnancy yoga classes during my last pregnancy.

Does anyone have any online class suggestions? I'd prefer e.g. YouTube videos that I can do in my own time, rather than joining a live class.

Thanks!

My Pilates instructor sent these to me:

And here are 2 fairly good safe workouts on YouTube you could follow:

My sister suggested Jessica Ennis's app, which has trimester-specific workouts. Looks good, although I haven't tried it.

I'm 25 weeks and I've just downloaded a free app called downdog prenatal. It's fantastic, it has yoga workouts for each trimester and you can choose the length of time, difficulty, music etc. And you can even focus on specific body areas like back and hips, or flexibility, balance, breathing, pelvic floor etc. I would highly recommend it, all you need is a mat and you can do it any time in your own home Smile

Lucy Wyndam-Read has an 11 minute walking workout on YouTube (you do it at home, it's based around walking but a few other movements too, no equipment needed). I find it good in the morning to get me going, get a few steps in without absolutely exhausting myself!
