Baby movements feel higher up than usual

Hi!

So majority of baby’s kicks I can feel in my lower tummy, or in line with my belly button.

I’m 24 weeks today and some of them recently have been feeling really high and above my belly button! Is this normal? Is he positioned a bit higher up now?

I’ve tried to google pics of his position at 24 weeks but can’t find a lot of info ☺️

I’m not a doctor but I think it’s totally normal! Babies still move around a lot and in my experience of 2 pregnancies (so not exactly a large sample!) they’ve got higher as I’ve got further through pregnancy.

Yeah don't worry it's normal. Everything keeps moving up as the baby grows. I'm 36 weeks now and constantly being kicked in the ribs! Have a look at a YouTube video about how all the organs move to accommodate the baby, there are quite a few animations - it's fascinating.
