When does the “hangover” feeling stop?

I’m 14 weeks today and still feeling that hungover feeling daily. The sickness isn’t as bad as the beginning but I still can’t cook without heaving, being sick every other day and feeling tired and no energy daily. Please tell me it ends soon? Just want to feel like me again :(

Mine went at 16 weeks. It did get 10x worse for me at 15 weeks before disappeared. Hang in there Thanks

20 weeks with me for both. After that I felt amazing.

I'm just starting to feel better, 17w but I'm still tired though!

sel2223 · 23/04/2020 23:48

The turning point for me was around 14 weeks although the sickness still hasn't gone completely. I'm 24 weeks now and still randomly throw up once or twice a week.
I have definitely felt much better in the last 8-10 weeks though.

I’m 15 weeks and it’s literally in the last week I’ve started to feel a bit better- not 100% but not completely utterly wiped out like I was before

Dazzband · 24/04/2020 02:14

For both of my pregnancies it was around 20 weeks.

I had/have the same in both pregnancies. Couldn't say my sickness was bad but the nausea was and just not feeling right. I swear it was gonna by 12 weeks last time. 14 weeks today and the day before yesterday had a good day and thought it was all okay but yesterday felt absolutely horrid. Hoping like you it eases up pretty soon 🤞

Around 18 weeks I felt more human. I’m 28 weeks now and although all nausea/sickness is gone I still wake up in the mornings feeling rough (congested, dry, achy). Although after breakfast i feel fine.

I’m 14+6 and feeling great this week. Hope you feel brighter soon Flowers

About 16 weeks for me, completely agree with ‘hangover’ description!

MichelleOR84 · 24/04/2020 09:14

I was 16 weeks when I felt normal ! It’s such an amazing feeling to just feel normal !

The first trimester is by far the worst for me. I’m pregnant with baby number 2 right now , 11 weeks, and I can’t wait to get past this stage !!!

bluemoon2468 · 24/04/2020 09:24

16 weeks for me 😊

Hangover feeling is the perfect description!!!!! I still have mine a bit (coming up to 16w) but it got drastically better around 11-12 weeks I think.
