Cramping in early pregnancy - massive worry

Just after some advice or thoughts. I am almost 8 weeks pregnant after a long struggle with conceiving. I have had two scans which showed everything looking good and we heard a strong heartbeat.

The last two days I have had longer cramping periods and a few short sharp pains. Can someone tell me if they have experienced this before or if I should be worried.

I had the same thing from about 5 weeks until around 11 weeks. Sometimes so bad that I felt like I was going to pass out or vomit, it kept me up at night too. Was told it was very normal unless accompanied by enough bright red blood to soak a sanitary pad. Am nearly 28 weeks now and baby girl is healthy.

Absolutely normal and very common :) I had cramping most days and literally felt like I was going to come on my period up until around 11/12 weeks when it eased off. Now 34+5 xx

Thank you - we have managed to conceive through a clinic and have been ringing them constantly. But speaking to a nurse isn’t the same as speaking to people going through the same thing.

I'm almost 7 weeks and have this too. One night I had a cold sweat after the cramps and almost fainted! Latest scan was fine
