Nearly 6 weeks and bleeding

I'm so worried, I'm nearly 6 weeks and woke up early hours with mild cramping no blood. Went for a wee and when I wiped there was bright red blood. I cried for ages. (Sorry ITMI) I done a few wipes and it stopped. Went back to bed crying and it happened again and 3rd time I had clot like blood. Rang doctors and early pregnancy unit as they wont see me because of covid 19 they said it could be miscarriage or implantation bleeding or something else that's not harmful but they want me to wait 10 days and re test to see if I've lost it. My first pregnancy. Only seem to be bleeding when I wipe after a wee. Any advice or happy outcomes from any similar?

Sorry I can't offer much hope, I hate being the one to say things like this. It could be absolutely nothing, some people bleed throughout pregnancy for no reason.
But in my experience this is how my miscarriages have started. It's crappy but it is usually a wait and see thing, could you book a private scan? X

Sorry i dont have advice either but the Same exact thing has happened to be yesterday but I'm 21 weeks, it scared me so much I've just asked the exact same advice in my question, mine is only when I wipe also and can still feel baby, i also hope it's nothing to worry about x

I'm going to see if I can get a scan or an appointment of come sort. But yes wait and worry for the time being 😪

Hello, I bled for 1 day which I thought was quite short but I had clots and my symtoms have gone now. I am 99% I have lost it. I have to re test in a week but I know the answer. I feel better now I've stopped bleeding. Some things just dont go the way you hope I guess. I just hope 2nd time will be healthy.
