Tested at 8+3 now worried. Idiot - hook effect?.

Found 2 FRER tests today (approx 8+3 weeks or 9+6 by LMP)
Did a tiny, pathetic little wee into a cup. Dipped the first test which was fairly light
Diluted the urine with water (50/50 ish) dipped the second test and the line was much darker.

This has not helped, I’m an idiot who has suffered several MC’s in the past, a self confessed POAS addict and serial googler.

Wish I could add photos but I’m new to MN and don’t know if I’m restricted as to what I can post as such.

Anyone had anything similar?

I haven’t had any experience but I’ve seen YouTube videos on the hook effect and it’s a real thing - check them out. If the line got darker after diluting it then it must be the hook effect so no reason to worry
