Need some help with bra sizes! I'm 19 weeks and at 11 weeks I had to go up a size. I measured between a 30 and 32 in the shop and the assistant told me to go for a 32 being pregnant. I got a couple of 32D bras and now I feel like I need to go up to a 34. What cup size do I go for? I reading conflicting info online! Some places say a 34D and some say a 34C. Being on lockdown of course, I can't get measured.

It depends on if your cup size has changed as well as your back size. If it just your back size that has changed the general rule is going down a cup size for each back size you go up.
I have switched to bralets which have a bit more flexibility for growth. M and s have some for DD+. I was a 30D-DD prepregnancy and have probably gone up a back size and cup size (32DD) and the size 8 bralets fits me comfortably for some comparison. There are other bralets options out there too, I hadn't heard or considered them until my sister suggested them.
