Bleeding at 24 weeks extreme anxiety

I’m 24 weeks today and for the last week on and off I’ve had some brown discharge and spotting.

I got checked at MAU and the dr did a cervical check and said I have Cervical Erosion which is apparently normal in pregnancy.

The next evening (yesterday) I had cramps still and around 9pm I wiped and the blood was red. The doctor did tell me this might happen but my anxiety is so bad that I’m now scared to get up out of bed or move to go to the toilet or get food in case I’m bleeding because it will send me into a total panic and I don’t know what to do.

I can still feel baby moving.

I’m really struggling with my anxiety at the minute and it’s one thing after another, I’m still having cramps in my belly which I don’t know if it’s related but I’ve convinced myself the doctor is wrong and there is something else causing the bleeding :( I don’t know what else to do

I bled red blood a few times throughout my 2nd & 3rd trimester. I went to hospital for checks every time. My baby boy was absolutely fine.
It is very scary, so I feel for you. I recommend you call triage with any bleeds xxx
