Had a growth scan at 38+1, estimated 7lbs4oz. Due to be induced tomorrow at 41+0.

What did your babies weigh at 41 weeks?

DC1 and DC2 were both born at 41 weeks, both weighed 8lb 12oz.

DD was was 41+1 and weighed a perfect 7lbs. She had actually lost weight and came out with absolutely no vernix and her skin was shrivelled up like a little old lady....the placenta had started to calcify a bit, too. But she was absolutely perfectly healthy....she just liked it inside and didn't come out until her rations started running low. She's in her 20s now and has always been very healthy.
Fingers crossed for you and your little one to have an easy delivery.
Yes, those last scans can be very inaccurate sometimes...they said my grandson should be well over 8 lbs and he was a whopping 6lbs 13 oz. Said my nephew would be about 8 lbs...he was 10lbs 3 oz....so although fun to look at your DC in utero...scan and measurements can really be inaccurate.

Update:
Had my little boy at 40+8 was induced and had EMCS.

He weighed a grand total of 7lbs1oz! Much smaller than what I was expecting considering he was estimated to be 7lbs4oz at 38 weeks 😂

42 weeks 8lb 12oz
4 hour labour with just gas and air - it was easier than my first baby who was smaller.

Just seen you've had your baby - congrats!
