My AF came early (4 days early) and was different. It only lasted 2 days (normally I’m on for a week and very heavy with it) yet this was mostly brown discharge and dark blood that didn’t need a lot of ‘changing’ as it was lighter.

Now when I’m supposed to be due my period - I’m just feeling sick and cramps, but with white discharge.
Have I had my period? Was it stress that made it come early? Or shall I still expect it to come even thou it’s now three days late?

From the description of your normal AF, it doesn't sound like you have had it.
It could be implantation bleeding, or it could be a chemical pregnancy, as it's super light (usually) and not like a normal AF.
I'd get yourself a PT now you're 3 days late to put your mind at rest.
