Can anyone recommend a good online resource for pregnancy exercise and yoga? I’m 13 weeks and let my exercise slip prior to pregnancy, so I don’t want anything too intense now, but do want to introduce a nice healthy routine and stay active from here.

Does anyone have any great classes, YouTube channels or bloggers that are worth taking a look at?

Thanks so much

I’m using the Down Dog pregnancy yoga app. It’s currently free during Coronavirus.

I do have a prenatal pilates dvd that I use but I tend to watch 'Bodyfit By Amy' on youtube. She has loads of pregnancy videos on there but you might find them a bit intense. You can always modify the exercises and go slower.

I like Bodyfit by Amy on YouTube too for low impact workout - I'm 35 weeks and still able to manage some of her workouts on the lowest level - someone has also recommended to me Sarah Beth pregnancy yoga which I've not tried yet but going to!

I’m using the Downdog app too, they have a regular yoga one and a prenatal yoga one. Currently free due to the lockdown so that’s fab! I’ve used both, the prenatal one is quite relaxing and a lot easier than the normal one but I found I was still able to do normal yoga just had to make small adjustments such as widen my legs for more space for the bump etc. My first time doing yoga ever and I felt a bit silly but really stretched and relaxed when done x
