Need some advise after fall

Okay so I’ve just fallen down the stairs
About ten steps in total, I managed to land on my bum and stop my self by bruising my arm.
Feeling okay just achey and shocked!
Do you think I should go get checked out?

How many weeks are you?

I mean I probably wouldn't at any stage tbh if I landed on my arse and had no symptoms to present with.

I'm also not a doctor and not advising you don't get checked. Call your midwife maybe?

22+6 just worried I’ve done something but other than feeling achey feel fine

Always call, they may even tell you themselves over the phone it shouldn't be cause for concern but I'd much rather hear that from the pros than on here. If it was me personally and even if I didn't fall on my front I would still call to avoid worries.

Hey op, I would call regardless of how you fell. I tripped at 19 weeks and fell on my hip/bum and they got me in just to check I was ok.
I was achey and shaken and it took a while for what had happened to sink in so I didn't go in until a few hours later

Always best to check even if just for your own peace of mind

Called triage and spoke to midwife. Told me to be more careful but other than that I’m fine and to monitor things. Thanks for advice

Glad you phoned @KittyKat2020 .Accidents happen, mine happened as there was a small hole in the pavement!
