Really bad cramps! Do I worry?

I'm 13+4 and I'm in really quite bad pain. It's very low down. I've had a small amount of brown spotting.

Im pretty worried. Should I go get checked out?

I had severe cramps at the beginning of my pregnancy along with brown spotting. It was from 6-11 weeks. Was told it was normal for early pregnancy.

I've just had my 12 week scan and straight after experienced some light brown spotting. Rang epu and they weren't worried! But I'd ring to be on the safe side xx
