Thin, cloudy discharge in pregnancy

Hi everyone,
I was just after some advice if I can. I’m currently 18+5 pregnant, and a few weeks ago I had an appointment with my consultant and midwife. I mentioned then that I had been feeling really uncomfortable “down there” and that I had experienced quite a lot of itching, particularly on an evening. I had a swab taken but never heard anything from the results until today when I was told it came back as thrush. For the past week or so I’ve had a wet feeling nearly all the time, with a cloudy white type of discharge. It’s never gone into my underwear, nor do I have to wear liners but I know it’s there. I have done a little bit of research and most places have said this is normal, as did my midwife today but she also said I would need to keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn’t increase or become clear and watery. Has anyone else experienced this and everything been ok?
