sweep and show how long after

I had sweep yesterday and have had a show today no pains as of yet how long after did you go into labour or things start ? My cervix was favourable as it was soft,central and low and I have checked this morning and the cervix is right there so has come down even more than yesterday do you think I will go into labour in the next 24hrs ?

I had a sweep on my due date and nothing at all happened. The I had one at 41 weeks and less than 24 hours later my waters broke and baby was here 3 hours later! Hard to know if it was due to the sweep or not, labour is just impossible to predict. But if it helps, i knew I was going to go into labour when I woke up that morning. I just had a feeling and both my nipples started leaking 😂 then my waters broke. Hopefully it's soon for you good luck!

@twitchett22 thanks for the reply with my 1st i went on my due date but didn't have a sweep just went natural an I started by having a show then contractions but cause I have had a sweep am not sure if the process is the same I guess its a waiting game I do have a feeling it will be early hrs when things start to happen but again I coild be wrong xx
