Pregnancy symptoms help

I’m coming up to my 12 week scan and I’ve literally had no to very minimal symptoms and the past three days I’ve had no feelings in my stomach whatsoever. I’m so scared I’m going to get bad news when I go for my scan and we had been trying to conceive for over a year.

Also I sat on my driveway and it was cold, I’m worried the cold could have stopped the babies heart beat is this true??

I’m at 6+2 and my symptoms seems to fluctuate throughout the day, sometimes I get nothing and then other days I get loads. I think it’s pretty normal for what I’ve read!

Could you call a midwife to help perhaps?

Hello,I hope everyone is doing well and is safe.im in my 5th week and I am really excited because it is my first baby.im experience tingling, twitching sensation in my lower back,abdomen and when I walk .i Googled it and people say it may be the uterus stretching .is anyone experiencing or has experienced the same thing before?I don't want to freak out ,but I want to know if it is normal to fell like that

I very much doubt the cold from your driveway would cause a miscarriage. Never heard anything like it. I have my 12 week scan on Thursday. Being nervous is normal I am aswell. Some days I dont feel anything then others I very much feel pregnant. Try and relax and enjoy your pregnancy. It wont effect the outcome of your scan. Please let us know how you get on with the scan.
