Hi all,

I have just joined the website and would really like to know what you think this is:

(a bit of background information)

We are trying to conceive, and I took a test 6 days before my period with a clear blue test and it came back negative (in the photo this is the test taken at the top)

The bottom test in the photo I have just taken (1 day before period is due) and initially when I took the test, it was a faint negative line, I then walked away and left if for possibly 10 mins?

I then looked at it again (the bottom test in the photo) and it had a faint blue line showing possibly positive.

I am unsure as to whether the test is an actual positive, or an evaporation line

What do you think?

This is all new to me and I would greatly appreciate your thoughts and advice on this

(I will post the photos on a separate post underneath as there isn't an upload photos option here)

Thank you! x

If you left the test there's a good chance it'll be an evap line and not an actual positive. Test again tomorrow and time it - don't leave the test and don't read the result after 5 minutes, especially if it's negative.

The vertical line is much thinner than the horizontal line as well, which makes me question it, it's stressing me out as I am really hoping to get a BFP, but I know these things take time

I will try again in a few days and keep you posted
