Can someone exolain for my please

Clinical indications High BMI
The AC is slighty above the 95th centile on the ultrasound population chart. Increased liquor for GA, AFI,=26,3 mild polyhydraminos
EFW 2218 g Hadlock 1 This plot slighty below the 50th centile on GAP

I ask but due to the current situation they really busy and just said they rescan me after one week

The baby’s tummy is slightly above average as is the amount of fluid around the baby. The baby’s weight plots completely normally for your gestation so just a large tummy. You’ll probably have a scan next week and if still the same findings can be an indicator of gestational diabetes so they may offer you a test if you’re not having one alreadySmile

What @SmileyCloud said. Also the estimated fetal weight at this stage of gestation for your baby is 2219g which is just under 5lbs. How many weeks are you?

If he has a big tummy and you have a high BMI they may do the gestational diabetes testing - doesn't mean you'll have it though

Thank You for yur reply girls I am 32 weeks now I have already test for destination diabetes and outcome been ok... I been worrying but the lady who done scan just told me that sometimes is happening and they re scan me next week

Baby is average weight but any measure on 95 percentile or higher they like to keep an eye on, couples with slightly higher fluid than normal. If you are clear of diabetes then it's probably just one of those things.
