Hi everyone, I'm 12 weeks, got my scan on Wednesday.. I've been trying to eat healthily (to be honest we're pretty good anyway) but I'm concerned I'm not getting all the right nutrients in! I have used calorie counters in the past but I'm trying to not notice the calorie stuff, is there something similar that will tell me how much fat/dairy/vitamins etc I'm getting? Thank you!

You can pay for myfitnesspal.

Hi Crackerscheesecabbyknees, sorry for the late response! I have used the free myfitnesspal before and its very calorie counting based, which I'm trying not to use and not very diet based. Is the paid version better?

I have the wholesome app, think it's a few £. It breaks down how much nutrients you are getting from food, so how much protein, vitamins and minerals etc. It does also show calories, but for me it is not a calorie counting app more a nutrient counting app :)
