This might sound really daft but is it ok to sleep on your right hand side in the third trimester? I read somewhere that it increases risk of stillbirth and now I’m petrified. I try my best to sleep only on my left but I just can’t get comfortable for long and I do end up being more comfortable on my right. Should I just suck it up and be uncomfortable on my left so I don’t harm baby?

You can safely sleep on either side but not your back

Left is preferred but you can sleep on either side safely. Left is best as you don't put pressure on your liver, like you do on right side, but still safe, so not worry.
I have a torn rotator cuff on my left arm, so I have to sleep on my right side, because I can't lean on my left.

If you google everything OP you will drive yourself insane! 😬😬😬
That's why I come in here now and don't bother googling! Or at least, I try not to! 😝
