25 weeks pregnant and constantly worried

I'm 25 weeks pregnant for the first time and I'm constantly worried about the pregnancy. I was told I'm aneamic and have iron supplements which make me very sick. I feel as though with this whole pandemic my antenatal care is being neglected, my GP don't even know who our new MW is.

I constantly worry about the babies movements as the movements are very irregular which I've been told is normal at 25 weeks. I don't even know when to start monitoring the movements. I feel very anxious and alone with this pregnancy I just hope my baby is ok as I always worry about placenta abruption and all the things that can go wrong.

Did anybody else feel so anxious when pregnant, I just needed to get it all off my chest :(

I am 21 weeks with our first baby and worry all the time. But I’ve recently started to do pregnancy yoga and meditation and it’s really helped ! Maybe give that a go? I think they say start to monitor baby at 26 weeks but sometimes it can take to 28 weeks for baby to get a proper pattern ? Depending on baby. My baby girl seems most active after I’ve eaten or when I lay down so she’s getting a bit of a routine but nothing solid yet . Definitely always talk to someone if you’re concerned but it’s very normal to worry but don’t let yourself get unhappy as I did that at the start and I regret it xx

I'm the same, I'm so anxious all the time. I'm just coming up to 24 weeks and keep thinking something will go wrong. I had a miscarriage before this pregnancy so all along been assuming something will go wrong again, I also don't think the pandemic is helping. Just trying to stay positive when I start to panic. Good luck.
