Hi all so I am 17 +2 and still not feeling great, I have had sickness for the last 12 weeks n still seems to be carrying on. Not severe actual sickness just the feeling sick is always there which makes me feel rubbish. But I feel like I'm not getting the nutrition that I should be doin as just can seem to stomach it, all I want to eat is bread cakes pasta everything that is stodgy! My sweet tooth has gone into overdrive too. Am trying to eat more fruit and veg but my stomach just doesn't seem to want it, tried to eat an apple yesterday n nearly thew up after 2 mouthfuls.

This quarantine also doesn't help as sat in the house 24/7 so all I'm doin is snacking but on the wrong things. Trying to get out more but gets to a point in day n can't be bothered as just too tired.

Anyone else feel like this?

My first pregnancy all I wanted was fruit and now with my second pregnancy most fruit literally make me throw up . It’s so weird but I can’t eat an apple at all either !!!!!!

Like you , I just want junk when I’m pregnant but I also want to make sure I’m getting nutrients to baby . It’s soooo hard !!

I love omelettes packed with veggies or a fresh salad ( with yummy dressing, cheese and croutons obviously to satisfy cravings ). I made homemade guacamole today and ate it with some tortilla chips . It was a treat but also packed with nutrients. When I’m craving ice cream I make banana and chocolate milk smoothies! They are sooooo good . Add ice to them if you like them super cold .

Every time you want something bad , try to come up with a way to add nutrients. You’ll feel better about yourself too ! And give yourself a break if you wanna eat that cupcake . It’s okay 😋
