Hi, sorry if this is a silly question, I'm 17 weeks tomorrow and this is my first pregnancy. Today I've notice A couple of times, I've had a weird feeling in my lower abdomen like something is tickling me from the inside. I don't know if it's the baby or just gas, has any one had this or is a baby movement this early more distinct? Should I just know if it's the baby or not? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Mine started like that but not till I was about 22 weeks (anterior placenta).
I questioned myself a lot at first and convinced myself it was just gas but it got more frequent and distinctive over the space of a few days and I realised it was definitely baby.

I've been experiencing this the last 4 days!! I'm 19 weeks and started feeling something about 4 days ago and was thinking 'is it, isn't it?' It was such a gentle little feeling I thought I was imagining something because I desperately wanted to start feeling my baby move. But it's got more obvious over the last few days and I'm now 100% sure its baby. I think its really normal to be unsure at first and for it to be really gentle and not distinct.

I've had this too a couple of times this week - 17 weeks. First felt like a little flutter, next felt more like a couple of little popping bubbles. And this evening after eating felt like popping bubbles or muscle twitches for a good 10 mins!!

Surely 17 weeks is too early to feel baby as a FTM? That's what friends keep telling me, anyway, but I'm pretty convinced it's the little one saying hello! 😍
