How do you cope with late morning sickness?

I’m almost 21 weeks and MS is back with a vengeance. It’s stopping me doing anything, things are horrible with DH as he thinks ‘I feel sick’ is my mantra and I’m just not pulling myself together. I can just feel it all day long in the pit of my stomach to the back of my throat, is this MS or is it a sign of potentially something more serious? I’ve had strong ginger tea and little regular snacks but it is even worse than before. I cried hysterically all morning as DH pointed out, too bluntly, that the kitchen was a mess but I’m feeling a total wreck right now.

I had terrible morning sickness all through both of my pregnancies and unfortunately, nothing anyone suggested helped. I remember sitting on the bathroom floor sobbing on a few occasions. Lucozade sport was recommended by a midwife. Eating little and often also recommended, but I just don't think there is a way of stopping pregnancy sickness. It's not the same as an upset stomach. It's shit. Good luck.

20 weeks here and still on anti sickness meds to get me through the day! I’ve tried to come off them a few times thinking my morning sickness must have gone by now but by late afternoon I’m back to not being able to eat or go in the kitchen so I’m just continuing to take my meds as it makes life somewhat bearable.

I’m so sorry you’re feeling so bad. I’m in my third trimester and started to feel nauseous again but felt different from first. I think it could be heartburn or reflux related so moved from taking cyclizine to omeprazole. See if that helps?
