What causes third trimester nausea

Hi ladies

I had the usual morning sickness first trimester mainly weeks 9-15. I’m 32 weeks now and feeling quite queasy again. Doesn’t feel the same kind of sick as the hormone induced hell in first trimester.
If it’s just heartburn I am taking gaviscon and omeprazole every few days. But is there anything else that can cause it? It’s horrible to have lingering sickness for hours at a time. Don’t feel like I am going to throw up just feel nauseous.

Any other tips or thoughts on what causes it and if it’s likely to pass / get worse would be much appreciated
Thanks

Your womb is squashing up your internal organs, including your stomach. It gets worse until birth and with each pregnancy in my experience.

I had a bottle of Gaviscon on me 24/7. Ended up swigging it by the end.

Good luck with everything xxx

Also constipation if you are suffering. I had pregnancy constipation from hell.
