Appointments over the phone due to CV-19

I'm due to have my 16 week appointment in a few weeks but haven't had a letter as the clinic is closed.

I've called the hospital and they said all future appointments from now will be over the phone except for scans.

this makes sense of course, I just wonder if it means certain things now won't be checked properly? Urine tests / blood tests / weight checks etc.

Anyone else had phone appointments and do you feel this is enough?

ps. I do understand the need for this so know its necessary - just wanted to know what other people think.

My 25 week appointment was over the phone. Midwife just asked how I was and if baby is moving a lot. No bloods/urine done of course.

I just had my 16 week appt over phone this week. No letter or anything was sent just a random call I recognised as the Dr surgery number.

The way it works in my area is you get all the blood tests etc done at the hospital when u have the scan.

Midwife discussed my results from the 12 week scan tests and just generally asked how things were, if I had concerns are. She said I would have some more blood tests at my next scan.
